Trying to decide if I wanna buy a built tranny before or after I do the H/C/I install...decisions, decisions.

 

Well I didnt buy the tranny first and now mine is blown up and my car is sitting in the garage. I would buy the tranny first.

 

Id love to buy one of these and swap to an auto-but I havent got 2 grand worth of expendable income. One day, but not today.

 

This what I'm thinking. I adjusted the shift firmness to be pretty damn snappy with my Hypertech programmer and I can just see myself flooring it after I get the H/C/I installed and my transmission exploding when it shifts into second. I think I'll order one in a month or so when I come back from my next underway.

As long as the layway is started and paid off while we have the two year warranty, Which if I have my way will be permanent.

Will the 4l60E level 2 with 3200 stall work with the LQ4? This is what the engine actually has:
