Does a RMVB need a Reverse shifter?
Or do can I just run a regular forward pattern shifter and pull back to go up in gear?
Thanks everyone in advance.

Thanks for the fast reply!
I use one of the reverse pattern B&M ratchet shifters for my RMVB th350. Sits in N first (I don't use the park or reverse on the shifter, I just use N + e-brake for park and N + tbrake for reverse), pull it down once for 1st, again for 2nd, one more time for 3rd

It explains the difference in the two and how they will shift differently.
