Default Having issues with my 4l60e

Alright im having some problems with the trans in my 02 Trans am. at first it lost second gear a day after putting a diablo tuner on it. well benig that it would shift from 1-3 and kinda skip 2 i continued to drive it because that was my only source of trasportation due to my blown rear end in my truck. well a few weeks later i was heading down to the auto show and got on it a little to shift it down into 3rd to pass some guy and when i got around him and backed off it tried to shift back up out of third and when it did the car revved up and went back into 3rd. so with this happening i turned aroun and went back home put it in the garage and called it a day. well last week i decided to charge the dead battery, pull it out to wash it and just drive it around the block to run it and it seemed like there was no third gear but it was there when i parked it.

What could be causing all this to happen? the car hass 88k on it and only mods are the diablo preadator tuner and a replacement muffler. any and all help is much appreciated.

Well it sounds like the trans has died, And shifting from 1-3 is likley what killed the 3-4 clutch after you lost second gear.

Well actually if your gonna build it yourself the only way you can do it is tear down and then determine what you need and order it.
