Default Redline Dexron 2 (two)?

I ordered my converter from Speed Inc. At the same time I ordered Redline fluid from them. It wasn't until I got my car in the shop that the guys working on it caught the fact it is Dexron 2 and not 3. I figured if it's what they sold then it was good, I should have been more aware. I'm sure the trans won't blow up driving home or anything, but will this fluid be okay to keep in? I know you can go from 2 to 3, but don't know about 3 to 2.

The deron 3 has mor friction modifiers but you will be fine with the dex 2 . In fact buy a bottle of LUBEGUARD and you will be good to go without changing out the fluid. This just to avoid possible converter apply shudder from the lack of the friction modifier in the dex2
