some call its a sleeve others a spacer but its a bushing of sorts for the converter pilot.

I think this is the part number from B&M p/n: 2801054-19

It was listed in a sticky at the top. I can get info from our converter builder monday. Just dont know it myself other than we have sent a couple out.
