Default Shift Solenoid Problem

I have a 4L60E Trans in a 98 Camaro and I was wondering if the Shift Solenoid would make my car not move and would it make my Trans not PUMP??? Thanks! (Im getting a Trouble Code about Shift Solenoid Stuck Off and something about TCC) Any Ideas?

No if you have no pressure then you have bigger issues. Did you remove a cooler line or put a gauge on to check pressure?

Nothing I dont guess if gas milage, engine wear are of no importance. They do work well enough.
