Default corvette servo upgrade (help)

Anybody ever upgrade to the corvette servo while trans is still in the car? (98camaro) if so HELP!!!! i got the cover off,the 4th apply out ect.... but i cant get the pin assembly out,i unbolted the crossmember and the trans is hanging as low as possible with out dropping it totaly i got a buddy to pry with two feet and still cant get the clearance i need. please if you know somebody on here that could help please point them this way thanks alot.

If it's a Z you already have it. Otherwise push on the pin a few times and let the spring push it back and turn it. The e-clip makes it easy to get ahold of. It should not be hard to remove. Make sure you put the 4th piston back facing the right way or you won't have 4th.

It should already have that servo.

But you can get it out without unbolting the trans. It sounds like you got the cover off already. You need to remove the C clip, washer, and spring. Then take the piston and housing out seperate, then remove the pin.

Same thing to put it back in, in pieces.

thanks i got it done, pain in the *** to get it all back in tho.
