is my tq converter bad?? so anyways guys i think my trans is broke in some way maybe its my stall here some background information, at first my tq converter started shuttering at 40 at times and continues to get worse like its starving for fluid i then find out my cooler was leaking fluid and my fluid was low, put more fluid in and well its still acting up except now its more often i hear the converter sound like its starving for fluid anyhow at low throttle the car is very ackward feeling like the converter feels like it is slipping even more. if i nail it still shifts but overall everything feels very loose. another thing to note i recently found out my pwm was not tuned correctly till recently was ran like that for about 6 months not tuned correctly.....any ideas is my trans toast or prob just my verter?
I answered your email but I would drop the pan and see whats in there and yes running low on fluid even for a very short time can do damage to both the trans and converter.
