The GM part number for the A4 Pedal Assembly is:

010400442 and there are 30 in Lansing, MI.

The actual GM part number is 10400442...I dont know where the 0 came from before the 1. Im 100% sure on this because I ordered the assembly from GM Parts Direct. Where about are you getting yours? Reason I ask is maybe they use a 0 in front of the original number. Thanks

Yes.. I think they need a certain amount of digits.. but you're right, the "0" is on the sales receipt from Jim Smith Chevy has it, but the look-up number didn't.
