i have a 95 lt1 camaro. took out garage and it didn't want to shift into 2nd or third, and when it shifted into 2nd it shifted hard. took car out today it shifts perfect. could it be something electrical or vacumm related. any body have this problem

 

a vacum will do that but im not an expert. i just had that problem on my van and that is what it was

 

4l60e shouldn't have vacuum control for anything, but if it was when the fluid was cold I'd bet that was the problem. Sometimes the fluid just has to be warmed up b/f it shifts right.
