Default Question?? M6 to 4L80E

I have a Question.. What year 4L80E would be the strongest and best case or unit to get for a rebuild? For my 2002 WS6

I have a Stage v RPM T56 i am taking out of my car and putting in a stage v 4L80E I have looked on here but haven't seen a lot of info. Is this a pain in the butt to do?

Do you all think it would be easier to take all mine out and sell it all as 1. Or trade all of mine for someone Else's complete built 4L80E set-up? Just wondering what to do. I am not really worried about the money of it so i can just buy everything i need and do it and keep the 6 speed but figured i ain't gonna ever put it back in so why keep it..

I traded my 6 speed for a rebuild on the 80. Maybe some guy will buy your setup as a kit.

If you can do a straight up trade, then your doing good. Especially since you should have the closer ratio gears for the GTO trans.
