it was sliping in 3rd so i pulled the trans out and replaced the 3-4 clutches and steels ,and also the foward clutches and band . now the trans is fine under normal driveing but when i go full throtle and it goes to shift from 2nd to 3rd it hit the revlimiter the when i let out it will shift in to 3rd. does any one have any ideas

How is the fluid level? What kinda clutches and band did you put into it? did you replace any other parts? how many miles did the trans have when it started to slip? what year trans is this?
