Default lil help needed on pilot bearing

Switching from t56 to th350 and wondering do I need to take the pilot bearing out? Will be using a tci flexplate. I don't have it all in front of me. Any help would be appreciated

Yes, remove it. Sometimes the converter hub can contact it, and not let the converter seat all of the way into the crankshaft.
