Hey guys I just swapped a 4l60e into my 98ss. Got everything done I just need to send the computer out to get the a4 tune put in it. Anybody have any suggestions on who to send it to? Also can I start the car or do I have to wait till the a4 program is put in? Any help appreciated. Thanks, Joe

Stock program should be fine to drive it around.

 

Thanks for the response Slowhawk I forgot to add this is the m6 computer the computer is already tuned for heads & cam. Can I still start the car with no a4 program in it? Thanks, Joe

 

No,that is a different story now.You need an A4 tune.

im sure any of the popular mail order tune guys can get the job done. pcm 4 less or madz28 is who i know off hand
