Default 03' 4L80E what upgrades do I need to do?

Im putting an 03 LQ4/4L80E combo in my 71 chevelle. I putting a TR cam w/ .600 lift and 230/236 duration and a yank 3200 stall convertor. Question is, what upgrades will/should I do to the 4L80E before I put it in? Is there a shift kit that would be good to use? Or anything else? This will NOT be a car that will be raced just cruises/shows only street use. Thanks for the help.

If you are going to install it without a rebuild, I would suggest installing the TransGo HD-2 kit.

That's about all it needs to be pretty reliable to ~800 HP.

Thanks, guys.
What will the shifts feel like? Will they be adjustable? I really don't want this to snap my neck on normal shifts, merly to shift firm.

It's adjustable on install.

You can control shift firmness with the EPC.
