Question Stall Going Bad.. Or Something Else?

PLEASE HELP!!!

4L60e with 3k TCI Stall

So been having this leaking problem from the front seal.

Had the front seal replaced... twice.
Had the trans rebuilt... twice.

Still leaking from the front seal. It has been a while since I have had the car on the road do to some head work I was having done. Decided to drive the car today and bam..leaking from the front seal! Noticed today though that there was some good vibration coming around 2-3k rpms.

Only thing I have not replaced is the converter. Could this finally be my problem before I end up having to rebuild another trans?????

Help Please!!??? This couldnt be just from to much fluid could it? Also what are signs and syptoms of a failed/going bad torque converter.

What else could cause fluid to leak from the front seal?

UPDATE

So got it home and looked underneath. Trans seems very HOT to the touch and come to further inspection does not look like the front seal is leaking... but hard to tell, looks like it is actually coming from some of the bolts (as it had some accumulation of fluid on them).

Still have the strong vibration around 1500-2500k RPM under 50MPH.

Tried taking some pics.. but hard to get camera up in there.

I would replace the orings on the bolts and pump oring and gasket. It does not appear that the front seal is the issue.

I have that same exact mysterious drip. I had the trans rebuilt and it still does it. I have no vibration or any other problems but that little leak ticks me off. It's just a drop a day or so but still annoying. Theres no residue on the inside of the bellhousing, so where the heck is it coming from?
