th400 is giving me problems

th400 is giving me problems so i readjusted the cable and now all the gear shifter locations are correct.
drove it around the block seemed fine besides the wierd "loose nut noise in trany".
so i take my brother for a spin. wierd now all my shifter locations are in drive. i have no reverse, or neutral or park.
talked to shean at top gear motorsports and he thinks the noise and culprit of the trany is that either my valve body screw is loose or came out.
i sure hope thats the problem
