I think it should be said that the 4l60e in fully built form can and will handle that amount of power. its also 4spd OD and relatively lightweight. Circle D converter FTW. check out any of the sponsors built 4l60e's, Performabuilt, FLT, Century, Circle D,

OP are you looking to go with more power in the future or going to stay where your at?

Does anyone stay where they're at? When this motor goes, I'll build a bigger one with a bigger turbo.

yeah, point taken. some guys do hit a ceiling sometimes though, guess the fact that your still workin on it should have been the first clue.

me being you id go with the 4l80 just to keep the OD. both the 80 and th400 suck down a good amount of power though
