converter help???

Default converter help???

well i just did a 4l80e swap with a 5000 stall converter and it feels like its dying on the big end bad. could the converter be to loose if i swap to a 3600-3800 converter. would it help gain some top end back??? car pulls hard to a 100-120 then kinda limps on.
car is a 408ci 4:11 gear ratio

Do you have any data logs? If we could see the RPM as the car is accelerating and shifting it would tell us how the converter is acting in your setup.
