A4 shifter console light

Is there a known short with the console shifter light? My light goes in and out from time to time I took my console out and looked at the wires and they appeared to be fine anyone know how to fix? or have this problem? thanks

i have a problem with this also but it turned out one of the wires broke off and now i cant figure out how to get the pins out of the connector to reattach them. Also try dielectric silicone grease around the base of the bulb.
