Depends on what you are doing. Are you converting to a 4L80? What are the power levels?

Ill probably only be pushing around 520ish crank. I think this is the one for the 4L60E - LS1

That is the one for 4L60 to LS1. The line I posted was to speed inc. They are $10 cheaper than summit with free shipping.

The one you found in the link is correct for the LS motor and 4L60 Trans, SFI 29.1 of course.

They are even cheaper direct from TCI. This is from their website:

TCI PART NUMBER #399753
BRAND NEW IN THE BOX TCI SFI APPROVED FLEXPLATE FOR GM LS-SERIES ENGINES 1998-UP.

TCIŽ Flexplate 1998-2002 Camaro/Firebird LS1, 1999-Up GM Trucks 4.8L/5.3L/6.0L

Flexplates are .035" thicker than stock and the starter ring is welded to both sides of the flexplate for additional strength. Constructed from a high tensile strength material these flexplates resist elongation and cracking. All 168 tooth flexplates are sized for stock 3/8" mounting bolts and can be easily drilled for 7/16" diameter high performance torque converter applications and are SFI 29.1 approved.
