I need better 60ft's?
you want a YPT4200 or 4400. I have pulled many low 1.5 60's with a YPT4400 in my stock internal car, so in a H/C car you shouldnt have any problems. You may need to tweak the tuning a little with the stall change. Tuning makes a world of difference on the track and drivability.
What StreetStalker said is true, the Pro Stock converters are very good at getting you off the line, but not good on the top end, but if you have the added power from an awesome setup and dont need any help there and just want to get off the line better than it might be something to consider.

C'mon man, R-E-A-D. You even quoted the answer to your own question. 5250-5300 with a ~6750 shift point.

BTW, your "little" Vig 3200 is a 3800. A 5000 SE sounds about right.
The way I understand it, the PT should give the best trap speed, followed by the PS, and then the SS (due to the different shift extensions of these three lines.) Even though the SS is last in line of these three converters when it comes to trap speed, it's still REALLY good compared to other brands of converters with similar stall speeds.
For anyone wondering why you might go with the SS over the PT line, the reason is the drivability to performance ratio. I picked the SS4000 because I believe it gives the best ET and trap speed for the amount of looseness that I am willing to put up with in a daily driver.
