Default Should I flush???

Whats up guys, my 02 ss A4 is about to come outa storage and has 29K miles on it. Ive got some bolt ons and I drive it pretty hard, the tranny fluid is still red but it starting to get that burning smell to it. Should I get it flushed? Ive been doing research and have heard DexIII is good stuff so I guess ill stick with that if I need to flush it. Lets hear some input...

No nothing has ever been towed, and mabey ive done a dozen or so brake stands. I dont know much about transmissions so I figured a flush is the way to go.

I would not flush it all. Most of the time it causes more problems down the road even with that low of miles. Change the pan filter and gasket and add 5 qt's of fluid afterwards.
