Default 4L80E swap, best mounting solution

What the best mounting solution for a 4l80e swap, i read some are having problems with vibrations

not sure what you mean by mounting but bmr makes a nice cross member. to use a poly mount is up to you.also the bmr piece relocates your t-arm.

Yup, I was looking at the bmr stuff, I see yank makes a crossmember too. Is there an all in one solution being i need the crossmember, torque arm relocation and a torque arm?

I used the yank one and a stock (new) rubber trans mount and a stock torque arm (with a poly tq arm bushing). Not a single vibration.

where does your torque arm mount?

For those of you looking for a cross member, Midwest Chassis makes a very nice and light piece.

I had a BMR and sold it to save a few pounds.


not to mention it cost less.

ok from what i understand, I need the midwest crossmember(I don't know if it includes a torque arm mount. I know the yank crossmember does) and the bmr torque arm relocation kit
