Default my car is thorwing a code

this past saturday here in north texas on the first day of spring we had a blizzard and high winds. i had to drive my car in and it was a mess. i have a performabuilt lvl 1 trans and 3600 converter. when i was driving the car the ses light came on and i noticed the car not wanting to go anywhere without giving it a lot of gas. when i would get to a stop light i would have to give it a lot of gas to get it moving by the way i was in the D position. when i got home i couldent even get up the drive way because of the slope. I put it in 1 and it went right up the hill and i parked it and called it a night. the next day i went out and drove it and it seems fine now what the hell is the problem?

i put a code reader on it and this is what came up \/\/\/\/\/\/

po756

Definition 2-3 shift solenoid valve performance explanation

trans mission in drive-ecm compared engine speed to vehicle speed inputs and detected an incorrect shift pattern

Proboble cause
-shift solenoid failure repair other codes first
-open or short circuit condition
-internal transmission failures

i had the same thing when i got my cam, and 3200 stall installed. turned out i had the same codes, but i think it was P0757, P0751 shift solenoid. you have to have your tuner delete those codes.
