question about the rev limit

my rev is set at 7100 with a 2500 stall with cc503 cam do you think this a good rev limit and rebuilt too

What is the question? Is the engine still pulling hard. I've ran factory gm steel crank and pink rods with arp bolts and wiesco pistons to 7600rpm tons of times.
