Default 6L80E in a 4th gen with an LQ9?

Did any of the trucks come with a 6L80E?

Can I run a truck PCM so I can run an LQ9 with a 6L80E?

What reluctor ring would I need?

Yes. I'm using 6L80E and yoke out of 2WD 2008 GMC truck.

It's behind LS7 so I'm using PCM for it.

Looks like using LQ9 PCM will be a problem. I believe the LQ9 has a 24 reluctor ring. If it has 58 reluctor ring it'll work.

You may want to check out Mast MotorSports. They have a PCM that will communicate with 6L80 and 24 reluctor ring LS engine.
