3.8 to LS1 4l60e question I know this has probably been gone over a hundred times here but searching is not really helping me. Will the 3.8 4l60e be ok with a LS1 housing and converter or is the input shaft different? thanks for the help in advance.

So my friend needs to get a input drum and pump out of any V8 4l60e or just an LS1? We have parts from a 4l60e from a 5.3 truck so it sounds like thats all we need.

well i know for a fact that the one we have did not have a spacer so im thinking it will work but i will try to research it alittle more. he will be getting a higher stall converter so ill have to see what to get.
