Default Performabuilt lever 2 or 3?

Just got off the phone and ordered a level 2
wondering opinions, will it be sufficient

here are the details
combo going in the car is coming off a stick car that went 10.90's with 1.41 60ft @ 125mph
3100lb race weight
made 433hp 395tq on a mustang dyno

my car will be same raceweight
moser 12 trutrack with 3.90's
full suspension
circle D 4200 stall converter

I have their level 2 in my car as well...numbers in sig. So far, so good.
