hi, i am having a issue with my 3600 stall going into lock-up very lazy and soft. it goes into lock-up, but takes its time. the other day i had a chance to get on it a little and i was doing about 80mph. when it went to go into lock-up i was still at about half pedal. the converter shuddered and seemed like it was slipping. as soon as i let off the gas it went into lock-up and seemed to pull alright. is there anything i can do to make it go into lock-up harder and quicker???? would a shift kit help of line pressure adjustments help. any info would be appreciated.

a good tuner should be able to set the trans up so everything works really good. if not hat then mabe the lock up clutch is messing up.
