4l60e need help my friend has a 2002 5.3 and when he is driving it wont change gears unless you let go of the gas the ses light blinks and one other problem is in park nd neutral we can rev it and when we power brake it the rpm wont go over 1000 plz need your help

with the ses engine flashing that usually indicates a misfire if the engine is not running right trans perfomace will not be right also
