Default no od

Ok car got tuned with 10 bolt 3.73shifted fine have a 4000ss yank, went into od just fine. After putting in 9" 3.90's with stock driveshaft it shifts fine but wont go into o.d. when you do try to shift it into od it stays at the rpm you were at but boggs down. Think it just needs changed in the tune for the new gear ? Just happend only after rear change ? Thanks

Yes you definitely need to have your tune recalibrated for the new ratio.

So ya the no od turned into blowing my transmission up and ruined it. Just had it taken apart and looked at today by a local tranny shop.
