4l60e car vs truck Sorry, this may seem like a dumb question because I am not very knowledgable about automatic transmissions.
How similar or different are 4l60e's found in LS F-bodies compared to LS trucks (ie 5.3 silverado,vans, etc.) internally, externally, shift linkage?
Could a truck transmission be used in an fbody without much fuss? Would the shifter pose any problems?
