Default What to do??

After having problems out of my 4l60e I decided to switch to a redneck built th350 + converter. I've had the swap done for a while now and the car runs and drives great. I finally took it to the track and was pretty let down. The car only has headers, air lid, 3.73 gear, th350 w/ 3500 converter and all the emissions BS removed. The car was on 26in tall drag radials and we were leaving off the t-brake at 3500rpms and the car was dead hooking but was only going mid 1.8 60fts. It went a 12.82 @ 106 which isn't too bad...but I was expecting a little better 60ft with the converter, t-brake, and 3.73. I now found out that the th350 has a lower first gear than the 4l60e. The th350 (2.52) VS 4l60e (3.06). Do you guys think this could be my problem or do you think it's something else?? Or am I asking too much out of it?? The car does have full interior and weighs in at 3400. It hasn't been tuned or anything either and is throwing some codes from not having all the transmission sensors and such. So what do you guys think???

Something is possibly wrong....but that is an "ok" time. Your 60ft is a little dissapointing but tuning will defenitely make a big difference by eliminating the 4l60e tcc and actuator solenoids from the picture.....good luck after a tune
