Default How do you replace the auto shifter handle?

The auto shifter in my 2000 ws6 looks terrible. The stitching in the leather is completely out, and it's seperating. How do I take the stock handle off to put a new one on? Also, anybody know of any stockish looking replacements? All of the aftermarket looking one's I've seen look terrible... I really prefer the t-style ones like stock.

I think there is like a clip on the front side that you need to pull out. Then it will slide right off. I know mine is missing so I can just take it off whenever haha.

Don't know where it is on the t/a **** but on my camaro it was a small U clip that kind of blended in with the stitching. I replaced it with a mba ss **** which I think is cool.

I just had to do that today. Took all of 20 seconds. If you can get dressed in the morning, you can do this.
