My friend and I just swapped trans set ups from 98 to 98 so there is no computer compatibility problems there. I got the M6 and he got the A4. We retuned the computers respectively and mine has no codes and works fine. His however, has only 2nd and 3rd. We swapped wire harnesses too so that there would be no repinning necessary.

What do you think we did wrong?
