P0751 code after FLP install can I delete it?

P0751 code after FLP install can I delete it? I have actually had this code for a while and I forgot about it b/c my SES light stays on b/c of my o2's. BUT It says something about the 1rst gear shift solenoid. BUT if I'm correct the Level 4 doesn't have one does it? I was thinking that first gear was completely vacuum modulated. I also started noticing that if I put the transmission in first and cruise up to like 10 mph and let off it seems to want to down shift to a lower gear but it jumps right back into gear. Anyone else noticed this? I just noticed this this week.

The vacuum modulator replaces the electric pressure control solenoid, and they use some sort of sim to keep the code away for that. The gear shifts are still computer controlled, only the line pressure is moved to vacuum control....
I have had that code haunting me for a year now 
and i thought about getting it deleted but as for now i just ignore it and clear it with the autotap but it keeps coming back after about 500 miles of driving. It's converter related from what i can tell of it and nothing transmission internal wise.
