Default yank ss3600 people come in

Next week i'm going to get my yank ss3600 with cooler in my t/a. I've never driven a car with a stall before. I heard some people say it will fry my street tires off lol,and that it will be a night and day difference. I'm just wondering if this was your experience. I'm excited to feel the difference!!

I have a SS3800 and yes it will be night and day and regular street tires will not stand a chance. When im on street tires its a joke. They spin very very easy after a stall. I only run drag radials now after getting sideways and spinning the tires on several occaisions on accident. And that was with a smaller stall than my 3800

MMM correction you will be investing in lots of sets of drag radials

Dude you are going to absolutely love the feeling of that converter on drag radials, and as posted above dont waste your time with the Nitto 555R's they will spin bad on the street, my Toyo's hook far better.

Bring an extra pair of pants for the first time you nail it from a stop, yes its that much different

stock stall my car would dead hook from a stop, sometimes spin on a low roll

now even at less than full throttle it will obliterate 295 street tires, often even spinning in 2nd at WOT

yep my car comes unglued when I put the yank in it. definetily a night and day difference. The procharger helps spin the tires a little bit to I guess.

I'm going to have to check it out sometime when you get it all done. Should be a fun ride for sure.

Your going to wish you had done it sooner!! Im running a Performabuilt Level2 '60e, one of their 4000 stalls and 3.73s.. My car absolutely HATES tires now LOL!! Its great.. Under normal driving, everything is alright but give it some go and its a WHOLE new beast!! I found my 315/35s are about as narrow as i want to go on street tires.
