Default Transmission is done

I just put a shift kit in my 95 z28 now my tranny slips really bad. Since I drive it so hard all the time I'm not surprised but nw I want to rebuild it and beef it up. I'm also thinking of getting a stall. Any suggestions on where to get a rebuild kit or ideas on what to look for when shopping for the torque converter. My budget is around 1500.

I would like it to support close to 400 RWHP also since I'm planning on doing heads and a cam this winter.
