Gotta look at your dyno graph for the 'perfect' shift points. Depending on your total package, you may or may not be able to use someone else's shift points as a referance.
With my setup I shift at about 6300.
Ideally, you'd want to shift 100-200 rpm above your peak, and/or try to make it so you fall as close as possibile to peak torque after the upshift. Obviously, your stall and gears make a difference as well in shift extension. I have the same 'verter as you, but I have stock gears. My shift extension with SY3500 and 3.23 gears is about 4600-4700rpm when my WOT upshifts hit 6300-6400.

My car pulls from a peak near 6300 to 6800 then starts to fall. I know to shift a few hundred rpms after that because of the gearing in the trany but that would put me at over 7000. Thanks. Here is a pic of the graph.
