might shorten it a bit since youll be beating on it more....but for the most part with a nice BIG cooler you should be just fine for quite awhile. you might want to add a finned, high capacity tranny pan for a little extra cooling. i have a 3 extra quart finned BBK pan on my L65 and my tranny temp stays CRAZY cool. (lately its been right around 120 degrees with the car warmed fully, even with cold NY weather thats pretty good.)
