Default 4L60E shifting issues

have a 4th gen f body. bolt on ls1 with a 60E, 4k tci converter, trans has all the good parts in it. Heres the problem. Its not wanting to shift. If the shift noids are manually commanded to shift, it does when on stands on a lift. Had taken it to the shop that built the trans and thats what they did. The three grounds at the back of the engine are intact, one on each shock tower are intact, and the one from the frame rail by the alternator going to the back of the alternator are all intact. I will be adding a 0 gauge ground on the front of the block to the frame rail for alittle insurance.

The shop that did this, hooked it up and said the shift noids are not being commanded to shift. Since the grounds are all intact(unless theres one out of sight), would this mean the computer is shot?

If someone could help me with this it would be great. I'm at my ends with this car. I'd hate to get rid of it or part it out out of aggravation over something simple.

You need to wait more than an hour, it is sat night.

Was looking through my backup discs for the ground locations and other info, I guess I lost it when my hard drive went out last week.

What I'd do is find the ground in the trans plug and ohm it out all the way to the computer. This will tell you if the wire has a break in it.
