I'm going to do this at home (car has a Automatic)
What do i need? best filter kit?
what's the best fluid?
what's the best way to drop the pan so I don't get oil everywhere
car has 90,000 and don't know it it's ever been charged
I also need to change the output seal which is leaking
what's the best way to remove the drive shaft?
Thanks for any advice!

Best filter SPX Filtran.
Best pan gasket Fel-Pro (forgot the number).
To remove the pan get some old bath towels and/or a big pan, leave a few front pan bolts loose and take all the others out.
For the seal, set the parking brake, remove the four 11mm (7/16) bolts from the u-joint straps on the rear yoke. Pull it out. Get a National seal.
Have fun.
