From research, I still haven't been able to find a clear answer. My question is this, how much power with this trans hold up too stock? Can I push it to 500rwhp?

416 rwhp..some mods since dyno so a few more ponies now..anyhow, it wasnt bad Stock 4L60e w/PB 3800 stall, cooler and deep pan, 20 or so passes, went from 3.42' to 4.10's it started slippin a lil, So after going to a more radical stall, Yank PT4000 and also installled TransGo HD2, and TCI master race rebuild kit, 3-4 puked out after 800 miles and prolly 10 passes..then a Hughes Race rebuild kit Red Altos/Kolene steels...3-4 clutch puked out after 6 passes and about 300 miles...After talkn to respected Trans Shop they said "Good Luck!..that pushn 500+hp+4000 stall+ 4.10's+street driving=NO Good!"..
However trying to be optomistic we are thinking hindsight we did put a guage on it and I had lots of pressure, but it was inconsistent, so the electronic pressure control selinoid is going to replaced this time along w/new clutches ..If they dont work, Im going FLT.
I will admit, I am not a tranny guy, just telling about my experience...
