Default Using 700R4 behind 5.3

I have the GM spacer and bolts and the flywheel is stock. DO i need to get a different flywheel at all? Mines not flat and i thought i read that somewhere. Also will the 700 converter work with this spacer or do i need a converter with a different pilot?

when using the gm spacer with a flat flex plate the spacer goes on the crank first then the flex plate

when using a curved flex plate , the flex plate goes on first then the gm spacer

standard V8 700r4 converters will work fine with this spacer
