EG. 6600 shift back 1500RPM,1200,900 etc?

If you get a longer shift extension, you are generally getting extra torque multiplication from the converter. In your case you want a converter that stalls to around 4200rpm and has a shift extension of 5400 - 5800 rpm (assuming it is holding the extension efficently not just a too small converter being stretched).

WOW that is great to here Rag..
My converter flash stalls right to 4300 and if I shift it at 6600 it drop backs to 5300 but that was with the tired shortblock
VIG told me I might see alittle more flash stall/SE with the new motor since it wont be down on power.
I might need about 200 RPM more flash/SE and if thats the case then I'll send it back for a free upgrade and a 3 Disc clutch....
Thanks for the help.....
