transmission issue???

transmission issue??? 2001 z28 camaro
4L65E transmission or 4l60E ( dont remember?)
i got it swaped had it tuned but the trans was weak and i sent it back got it back now and in....
it idles in park fine between 800-900 but once in drive (or any gear) it speeds up on its own gradually and even shifts, i stuck it in 1st and it runs around 2000 rpms by its self???
another issue is when shifting theres a gap between shifts i think its a tune issue i mean its a new trans i shouldnt have this many problems??
also the speedometer is off by around 10 mph if this could add to the problem?
please help!!
