LS1 wiring and 4L80E

LS1 wiring and 4L80E a friend of mine will put LS1 in his truck but with 4L80E will LS1 wiring will work with 4L80E? I believe he toke the engine and wiring off 98 or 99 f body is there away for the 4L80E to work with fuel injection engine? I cant remember where I saw a guy with a corvette C4 gen 1 engine and 4L80E he runs some kind of stand alone transmission computer I think it was from TCI cant remember honestly what is required to run the 4L80E with the LS1?
Theres a way. Each trans has shift solenoids, a force motor, temp sensor, psm, tcc solenoid. The 4L60E also has a 3-2 solenoid and a tcc pwm solenoid.
The plugs are wired different between the two transmissions.
If you rewire the plugs and tune it right it will work.
