I sprayed with my TCI 3500 to a 11.4@119mph. Only sprayed it 1 time since the stall was restalled to a 3800 and I got a 11.1@122mph without tuning. A buddy of mine has gone 10.8's spraying his TCI 3500.

Not spraying off the line I have to launch on motor brake stalled at 1500 rpm then arm it about 30-40' out. I found that 1500 brake stall worked best with my 3.23 gears(cut 1.7's on motor and 1.6's on spray). My buddy has a time delay and sets it around .6 to spray.
