When my car was stock I didn't see more than 180 driving normally.
I could run it down the track 5 times in a row before the temps got to 210.
So you should be ok, and running approx 180 +/-

I see 120 (or less)-150 during the spring/winter/fall, and 160-190 during the blistering months.
